I put this in Europe because they are not really doing anything that i can tell as far as fighting Iran goes.

France’s aircraft carrier strike group is moving south of the Suez Canal into the Red Sea. French President Emmanuel Macron says this is in preparation for a potential French-British mission in the Strait of Hormuz.

Jokes aside I see them being more of a hindrance than a help unless Iran paints Greenpeace on the sides of their ships.

The USS Enterprise once hit 65 flights and landings in an hour back in 1987. The Charles De Gaulle can launch 120 an hour.

That is old video of an Amercan carrier. Those are EA-6Bs and they have been replaced by the EA-18 Growlers.

The French actually sank one of Greenpeace's ships. And they bombed Hezbollah after the Beirut attacks, while Reagan didn't.
