EMH should love this.

Sorry, but this next link has a paywall. The abstract is available here.

A new study concludes that the growth of ice sheets in Antarctica was enabled by the freezing of ocean passages in the Canadian Arctic Archipelago. Food for thought.

The CO2 FRAUD gets virtually everything wrong. Their definition of "ice age" is part of that.

Antarctica and Greenland are ice ages, and ice ages are continent specific. They happen when land moves tectonically to within 600 miles of an Earth pole. There, the annual snowfall ceases to fully melt during summer, and then it starts to stack. Stack for 1-2 million years = Greenland, 40 million years Antarctica...

Neither of you understood the article.
The article only said that marine ice preceded and caused the land ice.

The facts are that ice ages have about 110k year long cycle of warming and freezing.
And that is based on the cycle of plants using up CO2 and making it cold, and then dying, decaying, and releasing the CO2 again to make it warm.

We know the natural climate cycle is not based on solar activity or planetary orbit, since this warming/cooling cycle only happened with the increase of land plants.

And no, climate cycles of ice age and warming are not continental.
The whole world oceans rise and fall as much as 200' with this climate cycle.
Remember that with the last ice age, you could walk from Siberia to Alaska, and from England to France.

You have a beak and a birdbrain...

and you have zero evidence to back up what you claim....

and you have zero ability to refute the link....

Told you it was the oceans.

Told you it was the oceans.

The IDIOCY of the CO2 FRAUD on full display...

What causes ice?

WATER CAUSES ICE....

except it isn't cold enough to do that....

This seems incredible. Freezing led to growth of ice. How long did they know and will there be a 98.7% consenses of scientists

They have NO EVIDENCE of that water freezing and they know it.

All to stop the truth of the actual data, that....

GREENLAND FROZE WHILE NORTH AMERICA THAWED

which rules out Sun and atmosphere, and hence CO2 in atmosphere, as suspects...

It will be when the AMOC switches off.

LOL!!!!

But it isn't off, and Greenland is completely buried under ICE AGE now....

bullshit WATER CAUSES ICE nonsense REFUTED.

Nothing compared to what it has been or will be when the AMOC switches off.

WATER does NOT cause ICE.

What caused Greenland's ice age is the irrefutable FACT that Greenland recently moved to within 600 miles to a pole. Every piece of land within 600 miles to a pole is IN ICE AGE NOW. Every piece of land outside of 600 miles to a pole is NOT IN ICE AGE.

What landmass on Earth today inside of 600 miles to a pole is not in ICE AGE?
Your theory is idiotic and unsupported by facts. Yes, ice forms more readily on land than sea because it has a lower temperature threshold on land than it does on sea but that doesn't mean there is no temperature threshold where ice will form over sea. You are a fucking imbecile.

^^^^^^^^

When you cannot refute the other side of a scientific argument, this is what happens...

Did man made climate change start 19,000 years ago?

Europe and the US were covered in ice, sea level was 120 metres lower. Then things started to thaw out.

So when did man made climate change start according to your expert opinion?
