I believe that if you look at all the countries in the world, it is only the Caucasian-majority countries have are (reasonably) democratic, organized, and peaceful. (Perhaps Japan is an exception to this generalization).

That is why I feel (perhaps I am wrong, of course) that when Caucasians cease to play a leading role in the United States of America (sometime in the 22nd century), this country will become a dystopia.

If you mean by Caucasians only the White Americans, then yes, the US as we know it today was created and developed by them. And their role will be decreasing in the future, it is inevitable. And it may well be it will have negative consequences.

But does that mean actually a dystopia? The Latin Americans arent well-known for state-building, indeed. But maybe White American and Latin American symbiosis won't let the US be dragged down to, say, Venezuela level.
