Were the 13th and 14th amendments legally ratified?

On a related note, was lincoln really re-elected in 1864. ? Abe did not let southerners vote even though he insisted the confederacy was in rebellion but still part of USA.

One state tried to change their vote from ratify to not ratify and congress would not let them. Talk about a bunch of cheating losers. They must be the great grandparents of all the left wingers today. Total cheaters.

The state, Ohio from memory, was not on board with the way this was being forced. Once they figured it out, they tried to change their vote.

Screw the 14th.
 
Interesting question. On one hand the Union dominated Congress refused to admit former Confederate states but reconstructed Georgia managed to cast the deciding vote.
