The Law and the Prophets went away when the temple went away, and are not the basis of Christianity.Judaism didn't appear until the Jews came back from Babylonian captivity. Prior to that the Jews had no authority in religious matters. Judaism is based on the supposed 'oral tradition' not on the Law. Christianity OTOH s based on "the Law and the Prophets".
What don't you think I understand? You clearly haven't been observing Judaism, then.
Perhaps you might do a simple study on that. The Jewish version was false calling the true version heresy. See Acts 24.The Law and the Prophets went away when the temple went away, and are not the basis of Christianity.
You can start with these two gemsWhat don't you think I understand?

" Prior to that the Jews had no authority in religious matters. Judaism is based on the supposed 'oral tradition' not on the Law"
Wrong and wrong.
The Law and the Prophets were Jewish, not Christian. According to the Christian narrative, John the Baptist was the one to herald the end of them.Perhaps you might do a simple study on that. The Jewish version was false calling the true version heresy. See Acts 24.
The authority to establish laws and religious courts. What else did you have in mind? What religious authority did the Jews have prior to the Babylonian captivity?
