Week 17 NFL picks

You know so little about strategy....you're the Hitler of the NFL game plans.
Does that make you the France of NFL game plans then? LOL!

It's not about the battle....it's about the war.
Militaries routinely give up ground when the loss of life and equipment outweighs the strategic value of the land held.
Geezus man!! Do you know nothing about strategy?
Fer ****'s sake, we're talking about football and fraud, not Hitler and global conquest. Get a grip.

Then why did you bring up the cheese eating surrender monkeys?

The NFL is combat on a civilian scale.
Tactics and planning come into play every game.
You study your opponents and try to come up with a battle plan that leads to victory.

It's like chess, the original war game.
With a lot more carnage.
OK, I brought up France because they just rolled over and let Germany take over their country. Kind of like the way the Texassans just rolled over for the Titans.

You may find this shocking but most teams rest their starters if they have nothing to gain.

Aaaaaannnd Seattle came up an inch short. Congrats Whiners.

glad to hear the niners won. anybody who cant even beat the cardinals doesnt deserve to have home field advantage and be in the superbowl. the seahawks wont go on the road and win,not with PETE THE CHEAT.lol

speaking of the cardinals, yesterdays last Rams game in the LA coliseum with the cardinals was a PERFECT example that defined how the Rams played all year long and how badly they really suck heading into next year. even though the ST LOUIS cardinals turned the ball over FOUR times, the rams could only beat them by a mere touchdown, thats pathetic,a crappy team like the cardinals,if they commit four turnovers,a good team should BLOW them out.man they suck these days.

thats okay with me though,i dont get into this whole winning losing thing anymore as i used to knowing these games are fixed,I just wanted them back in LA was all i ever cared about just to enjoy looking at the sights of LA when they come back from commercials and to look at their uniform colors.thats it,nothing else, winning is just a bonus for me,nothing else, its like getting a hot fudge sunday, its nice to put the cherry on the top but if the cherry is NOT put on top, then you really dont think too much about it,its no big deal, its the SUNDAY itself that is the big deal for you.without bragging,i would say thats a good and fair anology.just the rams being back in LA is all that matters to me,nothing else.

Not even food, water, oxygen, weed and ***** ?
You're more hard core than me.

You know what else would be good, to see Philip Rivers get the hell out of San Diego while he still has a couple good years left in him. Dallas maybe ? All due respect to Dak but he's a choker like Romo was.

agreed on rivers, i also agree with you on zak,he just wasnt meant to be a starter. Only way he stays in the NFL is if he is willing to be a backup for teams. since you brought that up,HOW did you miss this thread?

Cowboys should sign Rivers,

Good question because that was my own idea about Rivers
a long time ago actually. Denver, Washington, Dallas, the NY Jets maybe.

of those three others Denver is the ONLY other realistic option for rivers. NY JETS? dude are you serious? a no hope losing organization like them?

that would have been a good fit for him back in the late 90's when bill parcells, the best modern day coach was their coach back then, the guy took them from being a laughingstock to just one game away from the superbowl with a washed up vinnie testeverde as the QB back then no less , now if this was the late 90's and parcells was still there then yeah that would be the PERFECT situation for Rivers but dude, get in the real world and come back to reality on him playing for them now will you? lol ,you been hanging around those moron cheatriot apologists too much listening WAY too much to what THEY say.:abgg2q.jpg:

washington? that organization is hopeless as long as daniel snyder in the owner,he is committed to being cheap and hiring loser coach after loser coach like the one he has now, horrible fit for him. Jerry jones has run the cowboys into the ground as well and is no different than snyder either but the difference in the two is big time free agents want to come to play for dallas since they were considered americas team for so many decades. that was WHY michael irvin wanted to play for them and was his first choice coming out of the draft, thats one reason i think the cowboys would be a good fit for him.

Denver would be the only other realistic option for rivers if he did not hook up with cowboys,if elway could pull off the same magic he pulled off with peyton manning when HE was there and get him a great defense to work with as manning got in his second year there,i could see elway getting getting another ring.would probably take longer to get a great defense this time for elway though than it did when he had manning which he got right away for him and there is no guarantee he cold do it a second time either so thats why i think dallas is the best fit for him and the only real option for him.he just doesnt have a good team in denver around him to support him which is what he NEEDS at his age,he cant carry the team on his shoulders anymore.

dallas i think DOES have the supporting cast Rivers needs now at this stage of his career and jones for sure would get the help he needs at the key positions that are needed.:)

with denver, there are just too many weaknesses that would take too many years fore elway to fill, years that rivers does not have left in him anymore to wait for..

oh something i just NOW thought and did not consider until just a second ago either.i like you was also thinking denver or dallas wouild be a good fit for rivers, actually denver wouldnt be a good fit for him either because with mahomes who has a an excellent chance to be the best quarterback ever in the history of the game, the chiefs are going to win the division year after year for years to come so the best rivers would have to look forward to with denver is the wildcard where everybody in the cowboys division is WEAK so he would have a much better chance of winning the division every year. which would give him a better chance to get a bye.

speaking of phillip rivers,he is a class act, thats why i wish he would go and sign for another team.why finish out your year with a traiter scum in dean spanos? Rivers is a class act because he spoke up and said he was sad to leave san diego, that he did not want to leave their r city.

derek carr of the raiders on the other hand,he is the one quaterback out there other than brady that i would cheer on if he got hurt for the rest of his career because this sad excuse for a human being said he looked forward to going to vegas, Rivers being the class act HE is,thanked the SD fans for supporting him and said he was sad to leave them and said that he would try to win one out there for THEM,the city of SAN DIEGO. class act.

sure hope he finds a new team,i hope spanos decides to go in younger direction for a new quarterback,he would do rivers a favor, that would be the best thing ever for rivers is to be free from spanos. hopefully the chargers dont offer him another contract cause he has made it clear he will play for another team next year before retiring.

Chargers' Philip Rivers gets emotional, says he'd play for a new team before retiring

Don't bother with him. Dudes a loser and constant whiner. Much like a child who just lost his toys for misbehaving

I've noticed he catches a lot of shit and probably brings it
upon himself, but he's never disrespected me the way some others have here. LA's ok - maybe a little misguided at times, but I generally try to bring out the best in people and not judge them too hard core unless they ask for it.
