We don't care about no stinking ASBESTOS

Some are upset about demolition at the White House, especially after promises that the existing building wouldn't be touched. Now there are fears that cutting corners is posing a danger for everybody working in the Whitehouse.

The White House was built when asbestos was commonly use in construction. There is little or no chance that it will not be encountered and require extensive abatement procedures. There is no record of any abatement procedures being done. There isn't even a record of inspection to determine if asbestos is present.

Several agencies have attempted to discuss the potential hazard with the White House, but received no response. It's very likely that everyone in the White House is being exposed to friable asbestos all because trump wants to cut corners.

Sounds like the contractor has a liability looming. It doesn't matter if TRUMP! wants to cut corners, the contractor is liable, which means this is all sophistry.

I understand you don't have a clue about pay grade responsibilities. SMH.
I'm not aware of a single verifiably unethical action by trump that didn't have his brainwashed cult crawling out of the woodwork defending his every action

The asbestos fear has been overblown for years.

Do you have the permits in hand that were required for the construction of your home? LOL, I doubt you would be able to tell us the capacity of your electrical service panel.

Typical cult member. You'll defend him, no matter what he does.

The link discusses the likelihood of a building built at that time having an asbestos problem. Almost 100% likely. There is no indication that they even inspected it for asbestos.
Do you honestly think that a contractor on a government job of this magnitude would expose himself to the liability of being sued into oblivion by the employees performing this work by not following hazardous materials protocols? You're just not real smart.

Ordering the hasty demolition of part of the White House, as if on a whim, is what he does.

And what you are trying to defend.

Standard procedure in DC, as well as most of the country is to file a publicly accessible inspection to determine if and how bad the asbestos hazard is. No indication that any inspection was done.
Normally, it is an integral part of any construction project requiring the removal, partial demolition,or restoration of any old building, particularly a public one.

Since there are obviously no real plans for the “Ballroom”, there was certainly no demolition plan, or asbestos abatement specifications, as would normally be required.

Trump had it removed in 2019

Of course not! Your fuhrer destroyed it nd dumped it into the Potomac River.
Would you like to admit that you're lying before I prove it? Naw, didn't think so.

The debris from the East Wing of the White House was disposed of at Hains Point in D.C. and the East Potomac Golf Course, where it is reportedly being used to create terrain for the course. Quartz the-independent.com

Disposal Locations for East Wing Debris

The debris from the East Wing of the White House was disposed of in two main locations:

Hains Point, D.C.

  • Location: East Potomac Park, across from The Wharf in Southwest D.C.
  • Details: The dirt and some debris were placed here, managed by the National Park Service.

East Potomac Golf Course

  • Location: A public golf course in Washington, D.C.
  • Details: Dump trucks were seen depositing rubble on the course. Reports indicate that some of this debris will be used to create mounds on the golf course terrain.
These disposal sites were chosen as part of the demolition process for the construction of a new ballroom at the White House.

Big difference between my circuit box that was installed years ago and and the white house during demolition.

STFU, you're an ignorant hack. Didn't you read the post that related to the asbestos mitigation that went on in the WH in 2019? You chose to ignore that one too.
