I'm trying to thunk what I have growing in my garden to go with potatoes...

Garlic, thyme, basil, chives, tomatoes, cilantro, & 3 kinds of hot peppers.

I always have herbs around.

I love all the herbs you do. I also like the one that tastes so good when listening to music. I noticed the best herb smelled like skunk.

My mum is 90 and grew up in the Roosevelt Depression. A lot of people got by without meat back them. They raised chickens on their little farm, my mum still eats a lot of eggs.

After my grandfather passed in 1968, they sold the old homestead he bought. 25 years ago, I stopped in front of the place. The new owners got rid of the chicken coops. Unbelievable, I thought. Now they have to buy expensive store bought eggs.
