Pretty much all of human history has been about groups of people displacing other groups of people and enslaving or killing them. Black slaves in this country were first enslaved by other black people and sold to white slave traders who brought them here and sold them to other white people. It's nothing new.

Current racial politics isn't really about race, it's about money and power obtained or sustained by votes to eventually get favorable/preferential treatment.
