We Are Now at the Peak of the Hurricane Season and It’s Dead Quite

and Fiona. And 14 Pacific typhoons so far this season, though they also had a slow start.

Average number of hurricanes worldwide is 45…..

Any comment about the rate of acceleration both Ian and Fiona experienced as a result of elevated SSTs? Any comment about what could be the cause of those elevated SSTs?
There is much more at play than one localized sea surface temperature region. The ridge of blocking high pressure and the trough it created gave these storms an unblocked path and sucked them up north. Ian gets to make a second landfall if it is not sucked out to sea. Yes, the temperature gradient helped make them stronger, but the lack of wind shear is what allowed them to grow to the strength they are today.

You should really try to stop being a one trick phony..

Shitforbrains finally gets ONE Hurricane thd end of hurricane season and it validates thd manmade Gorebal warming myth.
Joe Bastardi PhD, of WeatherBell, went through the storms since 1850. It was an awesome take down of this deception on AGW. The sheer number of storms and their Categories (strength) was three times what they are today in the 1850-1950 time period. The Current Time period 1950 to present is by far the calmest point in our recorded history.

Joe Bastardi: Climate change agenda is being driven by hysteria, not facts

What the alarmists are counting on is man's life span and the fact most everyone today was not alive during that time period. They are preying on the uninformed.

The odds of a major hurricane at this point rapidly drops off to near nil in a few weeks.

It's still hurricane season, ya moron. And October is the 2nd busiest month for Florida, getting hit almost as much as in September.
