It was never an issue when all of New England had ZERO representation for Republicans. Now that Republicans are leveling the playing field, our Democrat election riggers don't like it.

In 2024, 38% of Californians voted for Donald Trump. California also has congressional delegation of 52 seats. If 38% of those seats were held by Republicans, then CA would be sending about 18 Republicans and 34 Democrats to Washington.

But our "independent" redistricting commission drew the lines so that only 9 of those 52 seats were held by Republicans. The 9 seats that were stolen from the GOP are larger than most states' entire delegation.

And of course now those 9 seats will likely drop to 5 after CA doubled-down on gerrymandering and decided to dispense with the pretense that they were ever even trying to be fair.

So **** 'em. Sauce for the goose is gravy to the gander. And I do love gravy.

Redistricting used to be after the census came out. And whatever party had the clout would gerrymander the other one. The mid-census redistricting is what I don’t like.

First, you need to study the law, and the history of re districting.

Dems have often in several states used their legislative power to re district in off census years. That’s just a fact.
