I believe the Preamble was both a Mission Statement and a Vision Statement left for us and to our elected leaders to strive for a more perfect union. Sadly, the 21st Century was greeted with a divisive Supreme Court Decision; an attack by terrorists which destroyed symbols of Capitalism, and thousands of people from dozens of countries around the world.

Instead of an investigation for what amounted to a crime, and not an act of war, The Bush Administration made an undeclared war on a noun, and the war on terror has been ongoing with no end in sight.
