• Borders under control, nobody needs to crawl under a barbed wire fence to leave; also no uncontrolled immigration
• Affordable housing, with a wide range of prices available for new homeowners (newlyweds and aspiring bachelors alike)
• Few people need government subsidy cards to get food; The emergency food shelves aren't running empty;
• Leaders respect the voices of the people, and the people respect the leaders
• Taxes are almost non-existant, and rarely need to be changed

Name one of these "every other modern country" that is socialist that meets any of these criteria.

This situation has aspects of asymmetrical warfare where one infiltrates a "fifth column" into a nation to undermine it's economy, stir unrest, and lay in wait to furnish/fuel and insurrection. Sanctuary cities and states could be seen as entering into treaty with foreign powers, which is prohibited by the Constitution, and skirting the edge of treason.

A less expensive solution than currently used would be to load them onto planes and ships, haul them back to their country of origin, drop them off with a rifle and a couple hundred rounds of ammo and tell them to fix their own country.
