Somalia was facing starvation. The UN went in to feed the people there.

The War Lords (basically Al Queda) started attacking UN troops. We went there in force to protect the people delivering the food.

When I was there Navy we left temporarily to Kuwait for training. When we got to Kuwait the War Lords attacked and killing UN forces. Italians mainly.

We hauled ass back to Somalia and the Mullahs went back into hiding.

After we left the remaining troops didnt have proper support, armor, air support. Then the War Lords killed Americans.

I go based on the facts. I was in college about to graduate and worried I was going to be drafted in HW Bush's Iraq war. I didn't worry during Clinton. Then Bush lied us into Iraq.
