Especially one that didn't attended U.S. Army Command and General Staff College), nor a CGSOC for staff officers and not even an ILE Common Core, in combination with an AOC. And that kind of "career quality" is now in charge of the Pentagon with all its Armed Forces Branches, a budget responsibility of a trillion US$ and 2 million civilian and military personal
