Bleeding heart liberals talk about how we are all responsible for "the carnage" in a handful of shootings. I am going to do something way out there and suggest it was the shooters that were responsible. It was not the guns that the shooter used nor any lack of legislation against murder already on the books.

My entire point from the O/P is that gun manufacturers KNOW full well that they are peddling murderous weapons and, accordingly, demanded from the corrupt GWB and congress that a SPECIAL law be passed to protect them from liabilities.

I'm not talking about a handgun here...I'm talking about freely selling weapons that ripped apart into 14 SEPARATE pieces some babies at Sandy Hook Elementary.

Any manufacturer cam be sued for defects... if a gun blows up in your face, you have recourse. A gun manufacturer is no more responsible for misuse of a gun than Ford is responsible for drunk or negligent drivers. That's just dumb.
