We’ve been increasing debt to GDP ratio since Reagan.

The people who have built up that debt are the ones collecting social security now. The boomers. We both know their benefits aren’t going to be cut, and they’re not going to pay off the debt.

She also stated that those who pay more into SS get less back as a percentage of their contributions. Did you not know that the benefit algorithm is purposely skewed that way? If you make 176k/yr, you won’t get back nearly as much(percentage wise) as someone who made 50k/yr.
