If a staffer earning $100,000 gets paid $250,000 for a pardon…that money trail should be easy to uncover. Also, the person pardoned illegally may have a vested interest in the staffer not being able to admit what they did.

Would it be beyond imagination that a pardoned BAD GUY ends up tying off any loose ends of their pardon?
