Modern Democrats built an entire political infrastructure around racial division…so every time courts or voters reject race based district engineering, they react like the system itself is collapsing.

Why?

Because identity politics is central to maintaining power.

The constant obsession with: “Black districts”racial blocs race first representation grievance narratives keeps Americans segmented instead of unified as citizens.

A healthy republic should strive toward equal law and equal citizenship…not permanent racial sorting mechanisms disguised as “justice.”

Most Americans do not want politics organized around skin color forever.

They want:• safe communities• strong schools• jobs• affordable living• constitutional fairness

The more the activist class pushes race into every institution, the more exhausted ordinary Americans become.A nation cannot move forward while politicians continually resurrect racial tribalism for electoral leverage.

Here's the really funny part:

In this case, the Republicans argued that the term "election" encompassed the entire period of time that votes could be cast, whereas the Democrats argued that it only included the Tuesday of the general election.

Interesting since the dems were the ones who saddled the state with a 45 day early voting period. I guess they thought that only counted when they thought it should.

This is the second time it bit the vile dems in the ass.....It got Youngkin elected and now it nullified the vote for redistricting because they played fast and loose with the law.

I think that's called being "hoisted by their own petard".

The problem I have with the SC here, is that they went after a law voted by congress. Ratified and reratified by multiple Presidents since. And this despite it surviving multiple previous challenges too previous Supreme Courts. Using a rationale that is not consistent with the judicial philosophy they claim they use.

Their argument is bassically that the originalist interpretation of the 14th and 15th amendment is nul in void because protection against racism is no longer relevant enough to warrant protecting the minority vote.

They went against judicial precedent and the judicial...
