I don't think you MAGATS understand what the Virginia Supreme Court just did. They nullified the will of the people in Virginia. The citizens of this state voted for this redistricting.

If Republicans steal the 2026 elections, do not whine about what begins to happen to right-wing Americans. Do not believe that you can continue trying to force people into living by your agenda is just going to continue on an on. It's going to be made to stop.

It does not matter that they voted the process was not legal the Constitution of Virginia was not followed. An illegal vote is not allowed. That would be like the Federal Government having a vote for President for a foreign-born person even if they won the vote would be null and void as it is against the Constitution.

It isn't rocket science.

To amend their Constitution, the legislature votes on the proposed Amendment. Then they have to wait for the next general election so the voters can kick out the legislators that they didn't like the way they voted on the Amendment. Then in the next session, the new legislature votes on the Amendment again.

They didn't wait for the next election. They voted when 40% of the people of Virginia had already voted. The voters were deprived of their Constitutional right to kick the bums out.

This whole thing is about the Republican party redoing districts to try giving themselves a win in November, no matter how people vote. If they achieve this, then the violence that comes afterwards that you get will be deserved.
