VA swamp finally being drained

Heh,,,my brother works part time for the VA, gets full medical benefits, and brags that he spends most of his time sleeping because he is an on-call specialist, and in the past year, no one has ever called him.
He is probably toast.

I should have been able to fax them a copy of our marriage cert and the form, instead of having to go down to the office to do it.

But no, three people would have to handle 33 people each. Each case would need to be reviewed and verified.
