Yeah. I'm banking on the idea that I can pay down my credit and get a good enough job to afford a mortgage on it. I intend to bring my dad along to do we don't have to hole up here. I'm also banking on the idea that the next door neighbor will sell it to me based on how well he cared for her.

It sucks, I lived there 30 years but dad won't let me near the proceeds from the sale. That's enough for a down payment or to pay off my debts. . So... I guess it's a bit harder. I can't get my own family to give me a hand in this.

I failed to keep the house in the family for now, but I hope in a year's time or less I can remedy that.

I have an in-office job. I’ve never worked exactly remote; I did work from home for a long time, but it was a daily turnaround data entry job that I had to pick up and drop off work daily.

I know there are many more remote jobs nowadays, but I don’t have any experience with them that I could use to offer advice
