Wanna know how we know you aren't a bright guy/gal? Those women footballers lost to a 15 year old boy's team.

Sentimental reasons in a fun game, I guess. Ladies may not see children crying. I would by the never allow a professional team to play with 15 years old boys. Extraordinary high risk for personal injuries.

Even when I've had a problem with the treatment I've experienced in my country, I've never felt a desire to disrespect the flag:

I used to get emotional hearing my anthem, that's generally gone now, but, I do feel that former heightened sense of belief in my country.

One particular reason I become most livid thinking about anyone today who are is in authority, who abuses their power. They aren't even fit to breath the same air as those who fought in WW2, yet, they spit on the principles that they died to defend.

They've attacked me and my liberty.

It's some credit I give to Biden, I think he has been advised well that Canada is gone. Accountability and capitalism has been gone for decades and for too long Americans haven't been told the truth. The U.S isn't in a situation where they can be wrong any further.

Thus, Biden is going to have another meeting with the Quad (Japan, India, Australia and the U.S), rather than pretending the old Monarchies are going to thrive. The new challenges of the global economy are not kind to systems that can't innovate and also don't have the lowest wages.

Something else: I got some news from Switzerland just a moment ago - source for this news are meteorologists from the Netherlands. It seems to be clear now that the last heat wave in the North of the continent of America (where about 700 Canadians died) is a direct effect of the the current (man made!) climate change. The climate change 150 times increases the likelyhood of such a catastrophe. And even in this case the temperature normally would had been lower 2°K. The climate change seems also to produce in this context physical effects, which were/are still not predictable. They say what normally only is able to happen in 1000 years this will be able to happen anywhere in the world every 3-5 years, if the average temperature of the Earth will grow another 0.8°K.
