I found out that in my first driving job, the dispatchers liked me. I was very well liked. Why? Because I was the fucking dumbass that would take the trips nobody else wanted. Shitty miles, shitty cargo, shitty roads, shitty pickup and delivery times. But I was happy to just have a job, so I did it.

I later found out that they didn't like me because they actually liked me. They liked me because they could USE me. Once I started turning down the shitty loads they started showing their true colors.

Just like Europe started to hate Trump when he said "You people need to start paying your fair share into NATO. No more free rides on the US." Well yea, certainly Europe won't like us after that. I don't like people that make me pay my bills, either.
