Nobody stopped the RAF nor the USAAF in 1943-1945 from flattening and firebombing German cities.

Nobody brought relief into those cities until Germany surrendered.

So too, the US and the West should just stay away from Gaza until the Gazans have run-up the white flag of surrender.
