With no offensive imminent, people would ask why that campaign. Looks like some psychological warfare.
U.S. Warns ISIS Capital: Get Out Now

Al-Masdar News has also a story about the news and says that Kurds are gathering to attack the city, while the article above indicates nothing like that. You must know, while AMN has reported some important things that western medias are silent about, it has turned into a filthy clickbait site. Two guys with guns are a major offensive, etc. The death of brave NDF fighters is subject to a clickbait news article, ect. Each move is worth an article there. You have 5 articles announcing an offensive and one or two about the offensive, they multiply it and create summaries a day later what results in another one or two articles of the same content. Vast idiocy and they dare to question the wisdom of the Syrian army´s high command, while they create their bullshit articles.

Well, we will see, who is right. I think, it will take a while before the Kurds, if ever, will attack Raqqa. It would be smart if the Syrian army and the Kurds would attack the city from two sides.

Know? What can one know with two articles telling different stories?

"There is just one problem: There is no imminent ground or air attack, at least by the U.S.-led coalition. Rather the coalition appears to be the midst of a psychological offensive."

The USA must protect their carefully nurtured ISIS fighters.

Without them, there is no excuse for wasting money on supporting the warfare industries that are the mainstay of the American oligarchs.
