Or is it all those other guys except Trump both times he was President though he used the same justification as those other guys and enacted tariffs against the same countries the first time he was President, and it was said he wasnt enacting tough enough tariffs the first time etc etc.

Oh and the TACO thing is also hilarious. "These tariffs are terrible" also the same people. "Trump is a chicken for not following through with these tariffs which I said were terrible 3 seconds ago".....


The tariffs are either a bad idea which should be backed away from or they arent. (I personally think most tariffs are stupid and counter productive).

Either the President can enact tariffs using the Sec 301 of the 1974 bill or he cant. It has zero to do with "smart people" around the President or "consistent policy" That doesnt actually mean anything.
