Why is it that the government i.e. the crooks in D.C. and their families have healthcare benefits far better and much more different than the plan they have for us?If the version they propose for us is such a good thing and that according to them,the American people overwhelmingly approve of,why MUST they not have the same plan we MUST have?

I can answer this one. Federal politicians are above the law. Many have cheated on their taxes and neve convicted, etc. They receive pensions that are ridiculously high for life, and are just overall embarassments to the founding fathers. The founding fathers who were at the beginning strong opponents of even SALARIES while serving, since being a politician is meant to be a position of virtue, not a goal of greed and power hungry people.

It is a sad state of affairs, and I hope someday we fix it. .
