2) Likely most "Muslims" don't want to go to other Muslim countries because they don't want to be forced into Islam any more, or at least be subject to Islamic custom and Sharia. Then there are some fundamentalist Muslims who would want to go to the land of the kafir either to convert others to Islam or be fifth column and do Jihad from inside. Or some other form of abuse of the infidels, see recent episode with Somalis.
