US and Israel Launch Preemptive Attacks on Iran

DBlack isn't a liberal, he's a libertarian.

And as much guff as I give him, I have to credit him with being true to his beliefs.

You guys, on the other hand, after telling us for the last year Trump deserved the Peace Prize, now are defending him pulling off the moral equivlent of Pearl Harbor.

Of course "churchill" (hondo_50) pro islamofascism blames the Jooz. Typical twisted-Palestinianism the "1948" buzzword.

Nevermind Islamic terrorism massacred "only" 2,7-3 million Christians between 1894-1924 jihadi genocide:

Mevermind that Muslims began massacring Jews in the Holy Land at least since 1920: "We will drink the blood of the Jews."

"But the state of Israel was not created for the salvation of the Jews; it was created for the salvation of Western interests. :stir:

"This is what is becoming clear (I must say it was always clear to me). The Palestinians have been paying for the British colonial policy of ‘divide and rule’ and for Europe’s guilty Christian conscience for more than thirty years.”

How much do you know about the Black and Tans in Palestine?

Winston Churchill sent the Black and Tans to Palestine
Winston Churchill redeployed the Black and Tans (and Auxiliaries) to Mandatory Palestine around 1922 to act as a specialized"impartial" British security force to suppress intercommunal violence and protect Jewish settlers during a period of rising Arab-Jewish tensions. Following Irish independence, these veterans were available for hire, and Churchill saw them as a "reliable" force to maintain control in a strategically important, chaotic mandate.
The Irish Times +4
  • Filling a Security Vacuum: Following the disbandment of the Royal Irish Constabulary (RIC) in 1921, the British needed to utilize experienced personnel.
  • Protecting Interests: The forces were meant to protect early Jewish settlers and British interests in the region.
  • Tactical Experience: They were brought in to deal with, and often suppress, the Palestinian Arab population using similar brutal methods and collective punishments as they had in Ireland.
  • Preventing Conflict: The force was intended to bolster the Palestine police in managing Arab-Jewish conflict, though they were overwhelmingly composed of former RIC members.

The move was part of a strategy to secure the mandate with a tough, experienced paramilitary unit, often referred to in historical context as a means of imposing colonial control.
