Unsealed Trump Search Warrant - Trump had classified Documents

Trump is claiming that when he took documents they were automatically declassified. Could you die laughing?

He is the Commander in Chief. People claim "there is a process" for de classifying documents. Yeah, a process the legions of bureaucrats invented. Does the Constitution approve that? Do the bureaucrats hold sway over the CiC as to what is classified or not?

You are not declassifying a piece of paper, you are declassifying specific information on that piece of paper.
Any other document that contains that information also needs to be declassified. That information now is open to the public.

Even if they manage to convince useful idiots that Trump was in violation of the Espionage Act (what a joke….considering the FBI is protecting Hunter and his connection to the Big Guy), there will be such a swelling of outrage for what our government has become under Dems that DeSantis will win every state, possibly excluding NY and CA.

I understand what declassifying means. There just isnt a process that a President has to follow to declassify something. There are things that the system has to do to because the President deems something declassified, but other than say "this is declassified" there's little/nothing a President has to do. And it doesn't matter the level of classification and once that information is declassified there is not requirement to "protect it".

Then it is up to his staff to complete the process

They need to declassify every statement in that document that is TS, S or C.

Then they need to identify EVERY document that contains that information and declassify it.

The judge, in his drive to participate in an illegal fishing expedition, signed a warrant permitting a search of all papers, from Day 1 of Trump’s presidency to the Last Day. Warrants must be specific, and doe that very reason - to disallow sweeping fishing expesitions.

it WAS in an approvEd safe, that’s the point! The FBI had told Trump that they wanted an additional lock beyond that already there just two months ago, and within two days, it was done.
