University of Michigan abruptly closes DEI offices and ends strategic plan to promote diversity

Democrats believe black people are nothing more than children.

No….equity means equal outcomes.

And do we consider WHY some might be behind? Have they made bad choices? Did they have four children by age 25 with different fathers? Are they just not very motivated to work hard? Or perhaps they’re just not too smart or competent?

There are many reasons why some people become successes and others fall behind. By legislating for “equal outcomes,” all personal responsibility for someone’s own outcome is ignored.
