If it were purchased from a FFL licensed dealer the dealer would have to report to the authorities when the person hit X number of sales. So they go to the private sellers and gun shows and they can load up the van. It's a business and it's legal. It's just not legal once they transport the weapons. And it's highly profitable. Forcing background checks means that they have to go through a FFL licensed dealer for that background check and the limit of X sales will apply. And felons won't be able to purchase those weapons. Trust me, most of those that are transporting and buying those weapons probably could not pass a background check. But don't let a little fact get in the way of your BS.
