It’s apparent to those of us informed, that Putin slow walked this invasion. He knows if he hits Ukraine with everything, aka Shock and Awe as the US military operates, NATO might actively intercede leading to WWIII. The problem with this approach is it leads western leaders and media to assume Russia is weak and the potential for criticism from his generals. To say nothing of the destruction of a generation of Ukrainian men.

His approach worked initially when a peace agreement was reached, until Biden and NATO sent dumb Boris in to shit can the peace agreement.
