BTW, there are ongoing enforcement activities happening in Mexico and have been for decades. You also should bone up on your geography, Colombia is no closer than Venezuela.

Actually, my wallet got a bit heavier. This summer I've been to Latin America, teaching some guys and studying myself. And those guys definitely have some relationship with drug production, trafficking and distribution.
