I will believe that when Mullier stays out of it, and doesn’t seek to collude and capitalize with the efforts of a New York US attorney.

He has stayed out of it. He referred the case to New York months ago.

It’s still early, as they really JUST raided the personal attorney of Trump just days ago. I will be following closely on this in the months ahead, awaiting for the information to change hands.

We don't know how early it is. Mueller referred the case to New York months ago, and it sometimes takes months to obtain a search warrant. First you need probable cause. Obviously this federal judge was provided enough evidence already to authorize the raids.

If he referred, then he is expanding his resources. Mullier and the US district attorney of New York are still in communication with each other.

The New York US attorney claims Mueller has had nothing to do with the investigation since the referral, and why would he have to be involved? Cohen handed his own ass on a platter when acknowledging the Stormy Daniels payment, and the FBI raided his home. They have more information than Mueller ever had. Why would they need his assistance?

Where did the initial information of these findings “originate” to suggest a need to raid on Trump’s personal attorney, from Mullier or the US attorney from New York? I’m bringing rational thought into the discussion in connecting the dots. If this discovery came from Mullier, he is connected to the need for the raid into Cohen by means of a referral. A referral that comes from a request under his authority of investigation, to the attorney referred in using their resources to uncover information. The special councils efforts are geared towards the Presidential election, towards that interest in finding Russian interference as well as influence. If not... And any crimes discovered in the course of the investigation. The Special counsel is authorized to pursue any suspected crimes that arise out of the investigation into Russia and Trump.
