Uah data .31 for July

In the tropics, July 2014 was the second warmest July in the
36
-
year satellite record, only 0.03 C cooler than July 2009
and 0.06 C warme
r than July 1998, according to Dr. John
Christy, a professor of atmospheric science and director of
the Earth System Science Center at The University of
Alabama in Huntsville. The average temperature in the
tropics during July was 0.45 C (about 0.81° F) wa
rmer than
seasonal norms for the month.
The global average temperature for July was 0.31 C (about
0.56 degrees Fahrenheit) warmer than seasonal norms, the
fifth warmest July in the satellite record.

Long term thinking of the graph...

I've also used paints to show
-Red trend line from 2000-2014
-Light blue from 1980-1992 Pre-volcano
-Brown 1992---After volcano

Conclusions
1. The rate of warming is close to the rate of the light blue line
2. The 1992-2000 period was caused by the volcano
3. Something jumped us .2c from the light blue trend line to the 2000-2014 red trend line. Maybe the rebounding from the volcano event released some of the warm water held in our oceans???
