Trump should tell the judge to fuck off you have no standing in immigration policy, that is the job of the executive branch.

Is that how you think the government works?

Do you oppose our system of checks and balances?

To the dems checks and balance means using judges to stop everything that it Trump right to do. There isnothing in the Constitution allowing right wing judges to write immigration law.

Having a hearing about whether an order violated existing law is not writing law. And I didn't ask about what Dems consider checks and balances to mean.

Issuing a judicial order is writing law.

Precedence is held to be 'law'.

The Judge ruled precedence of previous case means Acosta gets his pass back ... But ruled no Constitutional violation & The WH never has to allow Acosta to ask a question in a press conference ever again.
