Obama's plan was to allow Federal Government tax dollars to pay for short term job programs that will leave us back where we started only about 2 years down the road. Then he will look to spend more money on more short term "gimmicks", which is precisely why the American Jobs Act has failed to pass in the SENATE. I guess some Democrats in the Senate find something wrong with seeing the Federal Government as being "financially efficient and SO fiscally responsible" (much the same as the tea party movement).
