I had a VA driver's license and they did not have my SSN. All they had was my FL driver's license which did not have my SSN. How would they get my SSN for my TN license if I did not provide it with my KY license? I even have the REAL ID. I think you assume too much is all.

I don't assume, I quoted the Federal Law AND provided both a link to and a picture of the VA Driver's License Application Form that must be completed out even if the issuance of a new license is based on holding a license from another state.

I even put a honking big red arrow pointing to the SSN field in the Applicant Information Section.

I've showed you they do as it is routinely used as part of the identification process for issuing licenses and has been since REAL ID began coming online.
