“Trump never lies” is one of the funniest political takes in modern history but I know you are trolling and also I just like to remind everyone how stupid trolls are. Here are just a few recent examples:
THE ECONOMY & INFLATION
• “I inherited the worst inflation in history.”
FALSE. Inflation was nowhere near historic highs when Trump took office. 2024 inflation was around 2.9%, far below peaks in the 1970s/80s and pretty average.
• “Inflation is basically gone.”
FALSE. Trump repeatedly claimed inflation was near 1% or “almost no inflation.” In reality it has remained around 3–4% during much of 2026.
• “Gas was under $2.”
FALSE. National averages never matched his claims. AAA/GasBuddy data showed he was inventing numbers.
• “Groceries and beef prices are falling.”
FALSE. Beef prices hit record highs and grocery prices continued rising.
• “Prescription drug prices are down 300%, 500%, 1500%.”
Not even mathematically possible. Fact checkers and anyone with a brain called these claims wildly misleading.
• “We have no inflation.”
FALSE. He literally said this while inflation was still running well above the Fed target.
IRAN WAR
• “We won the war” — declared over and over, as early as March 1st, while conflict and attacks were/are still ongoing.
• “We control the Strait.”
FALSE. If the U.S. controlled the Strait of Hormuz, Iran wouldn’t be threatening shipping lanes every week.
IMMIGRATION
• “25 million illegal immigrants entered the country.”
FALSE. Even conservative estimates are nowhere near that number.
• “Venezuela emptied prisons and mental institutions into America.”
There has never been evidence supporting this claim at the scale Trump describes.
OTHER RECENT WHOPPERS
• Claimed job numbers were “rigged.”
FALSE — PolitiFact rated that “Pants on Fire.” Look it up.
• Claimed “prices are plummeting.”
FALSE. Multiple fact checks found prices were still rising.
This isn’t about politics anymore. Every politician stretches the truth sometimes. Trump does it constantly, publicly, and often about things that are easily fact-checked in 30 seconds but you know that. I just don’t know why you folks worship such a bald faced liar enriching himself daily. You literally cheer with every con and corrupt deal he makes.

Most of this jibberish is due to the leftwing characteristic of believing NUMBERS, fed to them particularly by sources friendly to them, or just common sources like the US BLS, which has no clue what is going on in millions of Americans lives.
Starting from the top - wanna talk about lies ? No problem. 2.9% inflation ? Odd how liberals can just read that numbers and stand still with a straight face and say that's what it was.
Now for reality >>
In 2021, when Trump left office I was paying $600/mo for a 1 bdrm apt. 3 years later in 2024, that same apartment was $1800/mo, and this was the RULE, no the exception. So why talk about a one year inflation when prices are jumping this much over 3 years,
In 3 years, my rent inflation was 200%.
Lucky for me, and a few of my neighbors, in 2021 we found a nice new building with 1 bdrms for $772/mo. I'm still there now but the rent is $1108, almost twice what I paid during the Trump 2020 year.
This also reminds me of how liberals claim that racial discrimination has been defeated by Affirmative Action, and the NUMBERS in VA hospitals show an equitable balance among the employees racially.
Yeah ? You can walk the long hallways of the VA hospital that I go to frequently in Tampa, Florida, see thousands of employees (doctors, nurses, techs, clerical, etc, without seeing a single white male, and almost zero white females.
Liberals would smugly refer to this as
"anecdotal", because it didn't come from a printed page of numbers, or statistical analysis (ie. what THEY define as "analysis") This is one of the primary ways that liberal masters control their dupes.

YES, gas WAS under $2.00/gal when Trump left office in 2021. It was $1.89/gal in 3 gas stations near me that very day.
It was about $2.00 gal for almost that entire year of 2020.

Left media CONSTANLY does that. Claimed large numbers of jobs were being created by Biden, when it was nothing but workers RETURNING to work after Covid shutdowns.
Even now, they minimize the Trump new job numbers, claiming them to be less than 10,000, when the current job openings are greater than any time in US history, when almost 3 MILLION JOBS have been opened up as illegal aliens vacate jobs, and leave the country. Thank you ICE.
