It's 2 hours into the cook and has a very distinctive smell lol.

I hope I didn't just blow 40 bucks
 
Pepperoncini's are really good. But cooking them is a mistake.......thats the smell you are smelling.


Cooking in a shit load of butter is the new cooking fad now.
I've seen it on Youtube............some "chef" I've never heard of cooking steak in a fucking pound of butter!!!!

If you don't like the taste of Pepperoncini's, then you probably won't like this.

Although the vinegar will help tenderize the meat.

I imagine, when done correctly, this is heaven.........but I can't see eating anything cooked in that much butter.

Shit, I don't even put that much butter on a baked potato, and I SOAK my baked potato in butter!!!!
 
Yeah, I don't know about cooking with the peppers either. I bet the ranch dressing doesn't help the smell either.

The ranch probably won't smell much. If it does it will just smell a bit on the sour side, mixing with the vinegared peppers.

This should be really good with glazed parsnips or carrots, and some broccoli or asparagus.
