Try this one, Mike.

I've got several like that. The one I posted shows you all the stuff around the state. It's just interesting I thought.

I use................

It has never let me down. Live Doppler radar that recalculates every 20-30 minutes.

Different aspects of different Doppler maps as well.

I always use KHOU radar for Texas.
It recalculates about every ten minutes.
And it's broken down to a couple dozen maps or the whole state and neighboring states.

For example, it's a cold mofugga in Minnesota!

And balmy in Florida!

I use this site a lot just for temperatures. My link uses Texas but you can select your state from a menu and see the temps statewide. Other weather conditions are available too.

Nice weather site with forecasts and stuff. But when I clicked on the weather radar, I got this:

Ooops... Error 404

Sorry, but the page you are looking for doesn't exist.

Dos the radar work in your location?

From my experience sometimes they have downtime. It will probably work later. But, to answer you, I don't see a link to radar. Maybe I'm dumm...

How simple. Thanks.
All the weatherpersons on TV , gesticulating that the wind will blow in this direction and maybe there will be rain in the forecast, while possibly a disturbance in the ocean might become tropical. There is about a 50/50 chance the person gyrating on TV might be right. While when i step outside like today and it was 45 degrees here in Floor E Da, i said "Damn it is cold outside". Put on my NRA jacket and got a coffee at the local gas station.

Same here if I've lived in a place for at least 6 months and have gotten a "feel" of what the weather will do.

When I was stationed in Newport RI, I commuted by bicycle every day, so I got pretty good at figuring out what the weather was going to do for the next few days. The Base Command Master Chief (whose office was just down the hall from mine) noticed that I was always appropriately dressed for riding in whatever kind of weather was happening, and eventually, would stop in every Friday afternoon and ask if it would be a good weekend to play golf and wash his car. He got to rely on my weather reports because I had a 95 percent accuracy for what it was going to do for the next few days. He even told me that I was better than anything on the Weather Channel or local forecasters could tell him, and on the day I transferred, told me he was sorry to lose his weather forecaster.
