The tariffs aren't a terrible idea at all but they are being implemented too fast. Anything more than about a 3% change disrupts supply lines, business ppl panic when their yachts are threatened.

Tariffs are necessary to counteract ruthless trade practices of China.
Trump is the FIRST President in a long time with the fortitude to do anything meaningful. And yes, there will be some pain. That Trump is willing to endure the negative backlash for his efforts to rebuild America is evidence of his great strength.

Ignoring the problem (as Dems and Progs do) only kicks the can down the road so future generations suffer more. (which is how we got in the trouble we are in today)
Dems and Progs are incredibly intolerant of discomfort while utterly dependent on election outcomes because of their love of power and so they are professionals at putting their heads in the sand to placate voters and calling it a "solution"
