Trump’s Pattern of Sowing Election Doubt Intensifies in 2024

His label.
I know that's what you call him. You just don't have any evidence for doing so.

You need to think long and hard about why you believe things you have no evidence for.

Former President Donald J. Trump has baselessly and publicly cast doubt about the fairness of the 2024 election about once a day, on average, since he announced his candidacy for president, according to an analysis by The New York Times.

Though the tactic is familiar — Mr. Trump raised the specter of a “rigged” election in the 2016 and 2020 cycles, too — his attempts to undermine the 2024 contest are a significant escalation.
Trump’s Pattern of Sowing Election Doubt Intensifies in 2024

My apologies to the board as those who do not have access to the NYT are missing out on some very effective graphics showing the timeline of Don's increased accusations about a "rigged election" in the months leading up to Nov.

Not to mention a scroll of social media posts crossing the screen making note of his many false allegations on election integrity. All in order to prepare The Following not to accept the outcome if he loses. Preparing them for taking action.........like the Jan. 6 assault on the Capital and the soul of the nation.

It is difficult to know if the origin of these lies was based on his desire to be a destructive force for the republic or just a preemptive way to sooth his massive, fragile ego in the event of a loss. But whether it was his intention to harm the country or not that has been the affect. Surely he knows it by now if he didn't know it before. Yet he persists.

Examples like this one are why I and other progressives mock his "America First" motto. America has already paid a high price for being a distant second to his self-interests. It, we, will always be a distant second. Making him an existential threat to our future.
The left have sown election doubt for generations. They refer to it as vote suppression, gerrymandering, the electoral college, etc.

Nah, he's earned it through long, hard hours and tireless effort. We decided to let him keep it.

Trump’s fascist talk is what’s ‘poisoning the blood of our country’

As you’ve probably heard, Donald Trump has once again raised a führer.

The former president’s Truth Social account posted a video posing the question “What happens after Donald Trump wins?” and providing a possible answer: In the background was the phrase “unified Reich.”

This follows Trump’s echoing Adolf Hitler in campaign speeches, saying that immigrants are “poisoning the blood of our country” and calling his opponents “vermin.”

And that, in turn, followed Trump’s dining at Mar-a-Lago with high-profile antisemite Ye (Kanye West) and white supremacist leader Nick Fuentes, who likened incinerating Jews to baking cookies.

Under the three-Reichs-and-you’re-out rule, Trump should be on the bench. Yet he keeps swinging — and this week provided a sobering measure of how numb we have become to his undeniably fascist rhetoric.

Pointing out the anti-democratic, anachronistic nature of the EC, and the corruption of gerrymandering and voter suppression, are not equivalent to making false claims of voter fraud.

Godwin's. You lose.

Not according to the polls but since dems have their manufactured ballots and cheating apparatus in place, I wont be surprised when orange man loses again by 100 million votes.
That's one way to prepare for a loss.
Brainwash yourself ahead of time into believing the loss isn't real when it happens.

How anyone who orchestrated a failed coup, raped a woman, stole from a charity, cheated on his taxes, and paid hush money to cover a sexual affair with a porn star to influence an election is a viable candidate for dog catcher is a complete mystery.
Because it's not working. You spent all your bullets during his presidency and now you're shooting blanks.

People have obviously had enough and are not buying any more.

And yet you refuse to let the right point out election irregularities, like unlawfully going against their very own election laws due to the pandemic, illegal ballot harvesting, and not demanding voter ID's and the correct verification of signatures on mail in ballots.

Point to whatever you'd like. There is virtually no evidence of voter fraud.

Vilifying migrants is a standard fascist trope. So is the constant claiming of victim status. Trump falsely alleged in a fundraising email this week that his opponent conspired to kill him. “Joe Biden was locked & loaded ready to take me out & put my family in danger” during the FBI’s 2022 search of Mar-a-Lago for missing classified documents, Trump wrote. He separately claimed that Biden’s Justice Department “AUTHORIZED THE FBI TO USE DEADLY (LETHAL) FORCE.” In reality, the FBI took extra precautions to avoid a confrontation by conducting the search when Trump was away and alerted the Secret Service. Agents were operating under the same standard rules of engagement they used when searching Biden’s home: Lethal force can be used only if in “imminent danger of death or serious physical injury.”

So why do you keep claiming voter fraud and questioning elections?
