If your pastor or preacher is not preaching obedience to the Word of God, and thusly to God himself, first challenge other people in your church to be discerning. Tell them to compare his words to that of what the Bible teaches.
"Is what he preaches obedient to God? What does the Bible say?"
If it's not obedient, go to them and ask them to help you confront the pastor or preacher about it. Challenge his words with scripture. If he, insists otherwise, argues, gets mad, or perverts the word to preach disobedience, turn away from him. Go to the church and compel them to search for a pastor who is completely faithful to the Word and will preach obedience to the Word.
Do your research!
2 Timothy 3:2-5:
For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
