Trump's Losses in Court Continued on Friday

First, Michigan

A Michigan state judge has rejected an attempt by two poll challengers to block the certification of a Joe Biden win in Detroit, which helped carry his victory in the state. The judge also denied the request for an audit of the election.
The case has been among a series of attempts by Republicans to delay President-elect Joe Biden's win in key states and hand an Electoral College victory to President Donald Trump, by blocking or overriding popular vote results.
"It would be an unprecedented exercise of judicial activism for this Court to stop the certification process of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers," wrote Chief Judge Timothy Kenny. ...
Kenny debunked several allegations of fraud made by poll watchers who attacked the election in Detroit, as part of a broader ruling rejecting their effort to undercut the certification of Biden's win in the state. He called the accusations of widespread election fraud in Wayne County "incorrect and not credible."
Kenny went point-by-point to discredit the concerns brought forth by the seven people who claimed widespread voter fraud at the TCF Center, the absentee counting board in Detroit, and largely called into question why all of the serious allegations raised in the affidavits were only brought forward after the unofficial results of a Biden win were announced. Kenny also pointed out that none of the people attended a training session at the TCF Center that was available for all challengers to learn more about the facility and process, and therefore lacked a basic understanding of how the process worked.
"Perhaps if [they] had attended the October 29, 2020, walk-through of the TCF Center ballot counting location, questions and concerns could have been answered in advance of Election Day. Regrettably, they did not, and therefore, Plaintiffs' affiants did not have a full understanding of the TCF absent ballot tabulation process," Kenny wrote. "No formal challenges were filed. However, sinister, fraudulent motives were ascribed to the process and the City of Detroit. Plaintiffs' interpretation of events is incorrect and not credible."

Next, Arizona.

Judge Kenny in the article further addresses each individual plaintiff's allegations.
In Arizona, the Trump campaign abandoned a lawsuit regarding "overvotes."
In a two-sentence “notice of partial mootness” filed in Arizona Superior Court, a Trump campaign lawyer conceded that Thursday’s latest vote count “has rendered unnecessary a judicial ruling as to the presidential electors.”
The move came after lawyers for Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and other defendants filed court papers that said Biden was leading Trump by 11,414 votes, with 10,315 left to be counted and only 191 “overvotes.”
That tally means the race can’t be decided by the overvotes, the filing said.

I believe Trump is now 1-11 in court challenges thus far.

There is no fraud. Cases are going to keep getting thrown out of court because they are mostly baseless. Trump has lost the election.

We are going through this because we have a President who has built his brand on being a "winner" and he's lost, and his ego can't process losing.

Did you even read your own fucking link? It says they were by POLL CHALLENGERS, they had nothing to do with the Trump team.

In fact, Trump had a huge win. It was ruled that the governor of PA had no right to declare 3 extra days for ballots to arrive. At the end of election day TRUMP was ahead.

OH SNAP. I wouldn't want to be Biden right now.

The Trump legal team are geniuses. They aren't trying to say "Let's go through ballot by ballot, check and see if they are legit and recount everything. They are saying that PA violated their own election laws and in doing so diluted legit ballots with non-legit ones thus invalidating the entire election.

It's genius. And it just might work especially with that judge's ruling.

Not really. Trump is the best man for the job. Not only that, but he's top drawer.

Biden is a criminal extortionist, and nobody likes his nothing record in 46 years. His only footnote is his serial plagiarism. Sad.
Trump cult members are clearly not aware of how ridiculous they are.

Trump was the worst president in this country’s history – as incompetent as he was corrupt.

Trump also had nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions and the will of the people – these idiotic, baseless, and desperate lawsuits being proof of that.

A judge doesn't want an audit of the election---let me guess dem judge that probably benefited off the corrupt election? I haven't looked yet..............It will get appealled.

Unsubstantiated allegations, like the one you just made, are thrown out of court.
What is unsubstantiated exactly in your mind in my comment? I didn't really even make a statement did I? I made guess and labeled it as such.

And Arizona just told Trump no. Its just a pointless excercise in ego soothing in the form of pseudo-legal masturbation.

Meanwhile, another 1400 people died of Covid today.

Hmmm. The Democrats are on a projection rampage this evening. Pity.

Well, look at another thing the SOTUS can step in over this court decision. If democrats were so confident they won Michigan. Then audit the vote.

Well, look at another thing the SOTUS can step in over this court decision. If democrats were so confident they won Michigan. Then audit the vote.

Present a compelling, evidence based reason to 'audit the vote' in court that justifies an audit, and sure.

But 'disprove anything hapless batshit we can make up' isn't a compelling reason. And it certainly isn't evidence based. Nor does it justify any action at all.

Remember, there's a reason why the nonsense Trump tells you about 'election fraud' is so very, very different than the arguments his lawyers are making in court: the evidence.

Trump also had nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions and the will of the people – these idiotic, baseless, and desperate lawsuits being proof of that.
What about these lawsuits? You agree with them correct?!?

Voting lawsuits pile up across US as election approaches

You get that lawsuits alone are just accusations, yes?

That without compelling evidence, they don't amount to much? Let me demonstrate. Trump argued 'fraud' and a 'stolen election'. But when his lawsuit actually got to court where evidence had to be presented to back that bullshit up.......this is what Trump's lawyers admitted:

voter-fraud-pennsylvania-lawsuits-web.jpg

Its why Trump is losing the legal battles so badly: the evidence. Or in Trump's case, the glorious lack of it.

Its why Trump is losing the legal battles so badly: the evidence. Or in Trump's case, the glorious lack of it.
The evidence is in the lawsuits filed by democrats before the election. State Supreme Court can not change voting laws. Period.

And who, pray tell, says that State law was changed?

Again, accusations are not evidence. I tell the Truthers, the Birthers and the Flat Earthers the exact same thing.

And who, pray tell, says that State law was changed?
Are you not paying attention? The voting deadlines were extended, mail in voting expanded, signature verification requirements waived, postmarks not needed, etc.

All it takes is a little (very little) curiosity and some time to look into these things. Why are there so many people in the dark about what happened?

Then show your evidence of fraud in court. Remember, its Trump's own campaign that told folks in Pennsylvania to send in ballots to swing the state to Trump.....days AFTER the election. Its Trump's own son that called for people to go out and vote.......a week after the election.

All it takes is just a little curiosity for someone to look up the claims that Trump's team are making in court.......and see that they differ wildly from the horseshit Trump is feeding you in public.

Which might explain his near perfect record of failure in court.

Oh, that there are lawsuits isn't in dispute. Lawsuits alone are little more than accusations.

But when you look at what Trump's own lawyers say about claims of 'fraud' when they have to back those claims with actual evidence in court.........you get this:

voter-fraud-pennsylvania-lawsuits-web.jpg

You keep citing lawsuits AS evidence of fraud. As Trump's own attorney eviscerating Trump's narrative demonstrates elegantly.......they aren't.

Trump's lawsuits keep failing due to their lack of compelling evidence.

Why didn't you post the whole transcript? Because it would devalue your arguement to zero. Well let me oblige. Here is the part you left out:

GOLDSTEIN: Your Honor, accusing people of fraud is a pretty big step. And it is rare that I call somebody a liar, and I am not calling the Board of the [Democratic National Committee] or anybody else involved in this a liar. Everybody is coming to this with good faith. The DNC is coming with good faith. We’re all just trying to get an election done. We think these were a mistake, but we think they are a fatal mistake, and these ballots ought not be counted.

And this was said BEFORE the part that you posted, all you posted was the judge confirming what the lawyer just said previous, the part that I posted. So you are definitely a lying bitch.

Link for entire transcript not JUST the part this lying bitch posted:

Kinda shoots your argument in the foot, doesn't it? His lawyer is saying they aren't saying its fraud, they are saying its a mistake to include these ballots. What Trump is tweeting out in frustration is NOT what the lawyers are claiming their legal argument to be.

Disingenuous lying scumbag son of a bitch you are. So FUCK OFF, BITCH. The only one here who is a FRAUD is YOU.
