Trumps "immunity" defence is punctured by the first question

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES.(a) IN GENERAL.—That the President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001,or harbored such organizations or persons, in order to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States by such nations, organizations or persons.
Where does it say that US citizens lose their right to due process? Not an international terrorist, but an actual US citizen?

Just because one law says something, doesnt mean it wipes out all other laws.

He was an international terrorist. That act gives the President the right to decide. Specifically when the grease spot joined the terrorists who killed more people than the Japanese did in Pearl Harbor and actively participated in planning attacks against us. Furthermore, had he been operating out of DC or anywhere in the country, he could have been apprehended, but he was working a country where we have limited reach.

Please. The founding fathers were fond of dueling. Andrew Jackson killed a man for insulting his wife and was still elected and sitting Vice-President Burr killed the Secretary of the Treasury Hamilton.
They all owned slaves as well. Time moves on.

Youre just claiming stuff now. Americans NEVER lose their right to due process.

For the record, im perfectly fine with Obama using his immunity to kill that loser. I never had an issue with it from day 1, but if Trump gets charged, so can Obama, and others.

Obama killed a minor without due process.

Obama killed a minor without due process.
Anwar al-Awlaki's son was not targeted by the US like his papa was. Al Qaeda leaders were the target when he was killed. He just happened to be hanging out with Al Qaeda operatives when they got hit.

They knew he was there. Thats the issue.

Link to the intel that claims they knew his whereabouts in Yemen.
Link to them saying "we didnt know he was there". They arent denying it. The words they used were, "he wasnt the target of our strike". Thats a far cry from "we didnt know he was there".

The guy you all insist is clearly innocent, and is being charged for political reasons. Is not arguing that he should be immune if the intention of a certain official act can be reasonably be asserted to fall within the capacity of the official role as President even if what he's doing is illegal.
precedence is already set by your Commander and Chief. Look at trump today!! prosecution by existing president during a campaign. So more projecting from the demofks.

Yes, that's not the law to prosecute Trump under, it's the law to prosecute Biden under with his insistence on letting in unlimited terrorists, Biden shouldn't get due process, he is obviously guilty and that's enough for Democrats so it's enough for me
