Is this trump's next target?

Barr hasn't reviewed all of the facts. They are just now being gathered by the FBI in Georgia.

Which Barr of course is entitled to his opinion, but his opinion does not make him the final arbiter on the matter.
The final arbiters are the States themselves. Not the President.

And Georgia ran election checks and balances through more recounts, and examinations of ballots and examinations of voters than any other State.

Is election law under the purview of the Federal construct or State(s)?

Does it apply equally across States for consistency and still uphold Sovereignty under the 10th?

Anxiously await your astute legal analysis.

States don't control federal elections. LOL, FAFO.

All the facts have been reviewed. Of course, trump is entitled to his delusional opinion, but his opinion does not make him the final arbiter on the matter.

The problem being he has the power to order actions be taken to satisfy his delusion.
If there was no problem with the ballots why is your cult hiding them?

‘Five alarm fire for democracy’: Dems, voting advocates voice outrage at FBI raid of Georgia elections office

Outrage and grave concern about the midterm elections followed in the wake of the FBI’s court-authorized raid of the Fulton County, Georgia elections office Wednesday.

“This is a blatant attempt to distract from the Trump-authorized state violence that killed multiple Americans in Minnesota,” Fulton County Commissioner Dana Barrett (D), who is running for Georgia Secretary of State said. “Sending 25 FBI agents to raid our Fulton County elections office is political theater and part of a concerted effort to take over elections in swing districts across the country.”

“Let’s be clear: Trump wants full control of the outcome of the 2026 and 2028 elections because he knows they can’t win without it,” Barrett added. “He’s teeing up the MAGA-controlled state elections board to take over Fulton County elections—and he’s wasting taxpayer dollars to prop up his dangerous lies and conspiracies. Today’s actions are another disastrous step to undo the will of Georgia voters and interfere in our elections.”

Fulton Co. Democrats allege FBI lacked authority for election center raid

Two top Democrats in Fulton County, Georgia allege that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) lacked the authority for Wednesday’s raid of the county’s central election hub, in which the Feds seized 700 boxes of ballots and other election materials related to the 2020 vote.

In an interview with Democracy Docket, District 4 Fulton County Commissioner Mo Ivory said the documents seized by federal agents Wednesday were sealed by Fulton County Judge Robert McBurney.

“There is a case right now concerning this, trying to get these documents,” Ivory said. “They’re under seal right now. Judge McBurney has not lifted the seal for them to be taken.”

In major rebuke, federal judge blocks key parts of Trump’s anti-voting order

A federal judge Friday permanently blocked key portions of the sweeping anti-voting executive order that President Donald Trump signed last year.

Beyond simply stopping the order, U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, an appointee of former President Bill Clinton, minced no words in rebuking Trump’s attempt to expand the executive branch’s power over elections, describing it as both unconstitutional and a threat to democracy.

“The Framers of our Constitution recognized that power over election rules could be abused, either to destroy the national government or to disempower the people from acting as a check on their elected representatives,” Kollar-Kotelly wrote.

“Accordingly, they entrusted this power to the parts of our government that they believed would be most responsive to the will of the people: first to the States, and then, in some instances, to Congress.

“They assigned no role at all to the President,” she added. “Put simply, our Constitution does not allow the President to impose unilateral changes to federal election procedures.”

Through his order, Trump attempted to make registering to vote and remaining registered more difficult by imposing documentary proof of citizenship requirements for a federal registration form.

Trump admin officials promised to address state election leaders. They bailed

Attorney General Pam Bondi, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard were scheduled to address and take questions from chief election leaders attending the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) winter conference in Washington, D.C. Friday — but all three officials canceled their appearance at the last minute without any explanation.

Bondi, Noem, and Gabbard’s abrupt cancellation drew ire among Democratic secretaries of state, who were hoping to directly address the Trump administration’s recent attacks on voting and elections — including the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) unprecedented legal effort to obtain private voter data from every state, and Gabbard’s troubling presence at the FBI’s recent raid of a Fulton County, Georgia’s election hub earlier this week.

The POT gerrymandering scheme to rig the 2026 elections hasn't gone that well for Don. In view of that failure the focus has shifted to a multi-pronged attempt to rig the election in other ways. trump has openly asked why there should elections at all.

Trump’s unsettling new question: ‘Why are we having an election?

Of course, he was only kidding, right?
What goes around comes around.
