I stopped listening at the beginning when he said popularity is more important than truth.

You and those like you constantly present threads about how unpopular Trump is, demonstrating it's you and those like you who meet your accusation, gee what a surprise, who would have seen that coming....

Everytime you guys do that I see it as validation, and besides being twisted anyhow, your kind build popularity based on lies.

It shows your stupidity as the video was not about Trump specifically but about general ways of thinking of people, which leads to a collapse.

By the way, HE did not say that he believes popularity is more important than truth (that is what Trump supporters believe), he said it because that is what happens to those that do believe that. For example, how many thousands of times have Trump supporters stated here on this website the following comment "Trump won, you lost. Live with it"?

Don't get me wrong, the reality is that this is happening to both parties (not just Republicans). Nonetheless, the fact remains that Trump is the best conman (liar) in our history and that means that what Socrates says is more true now (with Trump) than with any other president in our history.
